By buying/licensing any photographs from ImageReale you are asserting your declaration that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.

Terms of Use and Conditions:

Prints:

All photographs are printed onto high quality glossy photo paper.

Limited Edition:

There are only 25 of each photograph to be sold. The images are professionally dry mounted and encased in a black frame with non reflective glass. The size is 22in * 17in and comes complete with wall hangings.

Canvas:

Each canvas print is mounted onto an 18mm MDF block. The image is applied by first heat-sealing it for ultimate protection and then mounted onto the MDF block using a dry mount tissue. The canvas print is finished by 'gallery wrapping' round the sides of the MDF block so that the sides become an integral part of the picture. Epson Ultra Chrome pigment based inks are used. Epson makes light fastness claims for ensuring quality in excess of 75 years.

Low Resolution Licence:

This image resolution is suitable for websites and other multimedia projects. The licence is available for a 1 year or 2 year period. This entitles you to use the photograph as you wish for that duration. At all times Imagereale retains copyright of the image, which cannot be resold.

High Resolution Licence:

This image resolution is suitable for brochures and other advertising projects. The licence is available for a 1 year or 2 year period. This entitles you to use the photograph as you wish for that duration. At all times Imagereale retains copyright of the image, which cannot be resold.

Ordering & Delivery:

The order process has been designed to be both simple and secure using Paypal. Simply view the Image Gallery and select your chosen image.

Numerous items can be purchased. Once you have selected an item a new window will open in your browser. The information displayed will show the image you are about to buy including the price. At this point you can either carry on shopping or go to the Checkout.

At the Checkout if you are an existing user of Paypal then simply log-in and enter your details. If you have never used Paypal then select "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here". This will take you to another screen where you can enter your details.

Once the product has been purchased you will receive a receipt of payment. ImageReale will then put together your order and deliver within 30 days. For electronic files depending on the size of your order the files will be emailed to you or delivered on CD-ROM.
